This is the PAID IN FULL option, securing your spot to begin on 01/01/2021.


You will receive:

  • 4 workouts per week, to do independently. These are custom created to meet your goals and needs, and equipment availability/preferences and delivered via app for you to follow along.
  • Weekly mindset/gentle nutrition skills.
  • One 1:1 Zoom call at start of program to discuss goals, current struggle areas, and plan for the program.
  • Two group Zoom calls for group troubleshooting and support.
  • A group discussion forum for support, bragging, accountability, fun, and chat.


You WON'T get:

  • weigh ins, before/after pics, measuring
  • meal plans -- eat what you want, and we'll be discussing some gentle nutrition recommendations to improve your overall wellbeing
  • told to buy anything additional -- no supplements, vitamins, shakes, and you don't need to buy more equipment unless you want to
