Pop-up Rebel Dumbbell

Join me for the pop-up strength class! All you need is some dumbbells and a mat. We'll use supersets and small circuits to get a full body workout in thirty minutes, with a few minutes for warmup and stretch.

I always have options for movements, so a stable chair (preferably without arms) gives you some ways to adapt the movement for yourself.
