Small Group Strength

Join me for strength training with a small group online!

Small Group Strength Training sessions are perfect to give you a little extra motivation to reach your movement goals! Each session is limited to five members and will provide the support you need to keep moving. Sessions are 45 minutes and scalable for most levels. You'll need to have your own dumbbells and/or kettlebells for the session. We meet on Mondays at 8:15am or 6:30pm (Eastern time) and you can purchase a single drop-in for $25 or a 3-pack of sessions for $68.
