Body Positive Fitness Kickstart
Body Positive Fitness Kickstart is a four week program with workouts, education, and nutrition skills. This is ideal for you if you are on an intuitive eating or body acceptance journey and you're trying to figure out a consistent movement routine, and want to do some strength training! Previous clients found the journaling and nutrition skills super beneficial.
You'll get:
- Two strength workouts and one HIIT/MIIT workout each week
- A PDF body acceptance journal
- Weekly gentle nutrition skills
This program is self directed and delivered via my app through PT Distinction. It is super easy to navigate, and you'll be able to track your workouts there! This program is ideal if you're pretty independent and not looking for a lot of support but just need to know how to get started.

420 themed Spinning. It is exactly what it sounds like. You need a bike, a lot of water, and I'll bring the hype energy. I put a ton of effort into making this a really fun playlist! Expect Snoop Dogg, and Willy Nelson, and lots of other silly 420 themed tunes. Don't have FOMO, join us!
Tues 6am Rebel Dumbbell April 2021
Class via Zoom, you'll get an email with the class ID and password. Rebel Dumbbell is strength focused. We'll use dumbbells, and offer modifications throughout the class. Have a mat for the core work handy. I love having some fun with playlists for this class! Class is one hour. Please be prompt so I can let you in from the waiting room and avoid Zoom crashers.

This is a restorative and recovery oriented foam roll and stretch sesh. All you need is a foam roller and a mat. We'll hit a few yoga inspired poses and various stretches, and foam roll top to bottom (or bottom to top, depending on my mood that day!). Class via Zoom, as per usual.

Dress comfortable, barefoot is good, but clothing that are super loose may get caught in the foam roller and be annoying
This is recovery oriented, so we aren't working up a big sweat, but have water handy anyway!

Saturday 11am Boxing & Barbells April 2021
Class via Zoom, you'll get an email with the class ID and password. Boxing & Barbells is a blend of authentic boxing and strength training. All you need is some dumbbells. You'll feel fierce AF after punching out all your stress! Have a mat for the core work handy. Class is one hour. Please be prompt so I can let you in from the waiting room and avoid Zoom crashers.

3 Months of Individualized Programming
Customized individual training plan, for you to follow at home or the gym. We will start with a complimentary initial consultation via Zoom so I can get familiar with your goals and plan workouts that will best serve you.
Your program will include 2-4 workouts a week, depending on your personal wishes, goals, and time availability. Tailored to your equipment. Support available via text or email. Program delivered via PT Distinction app where you can track your reps and sets, and keep in contact with me.
