Thursday 7:00 am Rebel Dumbbell Class
Class via Zoom, you'll get an email with the class ID and password. Grab your dumbbells, or anything else that has some weight to it. We'll start with a warmup and alternate weeks between upper body focus and lower body focus, and incorporate some core work. We'll end with a good stretch, particularly focusing on those areas that might be tight if you're stuck at a desk working from home. Please be prompt so I can let you in from the waiting room and avoid Zoom crashers.
