Customized individual training plan, for you to follow at home or the gym. We will start with a complimentary initial consultation via Zoom so I can get familiar with your goals and plan workouts that will best serve you.
Your program will include 2-4 workouts a week, depending on your personal wishes, goals, and time availability. Tailored to your equipment. Support available via text or email. Program delivered via PT Distinction app where you can track your reps and sets, and keep in contact with me.
