Get Your Mind Right! An eight week e-course about mental skills training for triathletes
This is an eight week course specifically for triathletes on upping your mental game to improve your training and racing. The course is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and includes a lot of mindfulness skills that will help you throughout your training and racing. This course is great whether you are completely new to triathlon or if you are pretty seasoned and just want to give yourself an edge in training and racing. Whether you're training for a sprint distance, an Olympic tri, or an Ironman, the skills in this course will help you improve your ability to cope with adversity and respond flexibly to whatever comes your way. Also included is an approach to help you deal with post-race blues. Each week includes recorded mindfulness exercises available as MP3s for you to listen to to increase your ability to mindfully focus on your race.
