This is a restorative and recovery oriented foam roll and stretch sesh. All you need is a foam roller and a mat. We'll hit a few yoga inspired poses and various stretches, and foam roll top to bottom (or bottom to top, depending on my mood that day!). Class via Zoom, as per usual.

Dress comfortable, barefoot is good, but clothing that are super loose may get caught in the foam roller and be annoying
This is recovery oriented, so we aren't working up a big sweat, but have water handy anyway!
