HIIT/Every Body Bootcamp Saturday 11am February 2021
Class via Zoom, you'll get an email with the class ID and password. Every Body Bootcamp is a mix of strength and cardio work. We'll use dumbbells, and offer modifications throughout the class. Have a mat for the core work handy. HIIT is strictly bodyweight cardio, with lots of options whether you're looking for a thorough butt-kicking or some more medium intensity intervals. I love having some fun with playlists for this class! Class is one hour. Please be prompt so I can let you in from the waiting room and avoid Zoom crashers.
