Body Positive Fitness Kickstart
Body Positive Fitness Kickstart is a four week program with workouts, education, and nutrition skills. This is ideal for you if you are on an intuitive eating or body acceptance journey and you're trying to figure out a consistent movement routine, and want to do some strength training! Previous clients found the journaling and nutrition skills super beneficial.
- Two strength workouts and one HIIT/MIIT workout each week
- A PDF body acceptance journal
- Weekly gentle nutrition skills
This program is self directed and delivered via my app through PT Distinction. It is super easy to navigate, and you'll be able to track your workouts there! This program is ideal if you're pretty independent and not looking for a lot of support but just need to know how to get started.
