Fast facts: I love buffalo chicken anything, bench press, deadlifts of any variety, coffee, the Decemberists, and reading with my kids. I hate berries, emptying the dishwasher, and walking lunges.

I love seeing people get strong, especially people who came to me saying they never liked exercise. Movement doesn't need to make you miserable to have health benefits. In fact, movement you actually enjoy, or at a minimum, don't hate, may be MORE beneficial to your health than movement you despise.
