Fast facts: I love buffalo chicken anything, bench press, deadlifts of any variety, coffee, the Decemberists, and reading with my kids. I hate berries, emptying the dishwasher, and walking lunges.

I believe that making us battle with our bodies and hate ourselves is a tool of oppression that keeps us distracted. We were worthy all along.
I love seeing women get strong, especially women who came to me saying they never liked exercise. Movement doesn't need to make you miserable to have health benefits. In fact, movement you actually enjoy, or at a minimum, don't hate, may be MORE beneficial to your health than movement you despise.
